Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Patriot Nexus Pros when you use this site or engage our services.
Last updated: January 2026
What we provide
We coordinate independent medical opinions written by licensed providers based on a review of your records and an evaluation. We are not a law firm, we are not an accredited claims representative, and we do not file, prepare or prosecute VA claims on your behalf.
No guarantee of outcome
A provider's opinion is a professional judgment based on the evidence available. No one can guarantee that the VA will grant service connection, assign a particular rating, or award any amount of compensation. Nothing on this site is a promise of a result.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information and records. Misrepresenting facts or submitting altered documents ends the engagement immediately and without refund, and may carry legal consequences.
Fees and payment
Fees are flat and quoted before work begins. We never take a percentage of retroactive benefits or ongoing compensation. Payment is due as described in your service agreement.
Refunds
If, after reviewing your records, a provider determines a supportable opinion cannot be written, we refund the fee for that opinion as described in your service agreement. A refund is not available because the VA reached a decision you disagree with.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the services is limited to the fees you paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including claim outcomes.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site or our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
