What exactly is a nexus letter?

It is a written medical opinion from a licensed provider stating whether a current diagnosed condition is connected to military service, and explaining the medical reasoning behind that conclusion. It is submitted as evidence with a claim or appeal.

Do you guarantee my claim will be approved?

No, and no one honestly can. The VA decides claims. We produce well-reasoned, well-cited medical evidence that addresses the element your claim is missing. If our reviewer cannot write a supportable opinion for a condition, we tell you and refund you rather than write something weak.

Do you take a percentage of my back pay?

Never. We charge a published flat rate, paid up front. Your retroactive award is yours in full.

Records review turnaround depends on volume and is quoted after upload. Once you select your conditions, letters are drafted within 10 business days.

What documents do I need?

At minimum your DD-214 and any VA decision letters. Service treatment records, private medical records, current treatment notes, imaging, sleep studies, and buddy statements all strengthen the opinion. If you are missing something, we will tell you how to request it.

Can you help if I was already denied?

Yes. A denial usually means one element was unestablished. We read the decision, identify which element failed, and write a medical opinion that addresses that specific finding — including a direct response to an unfavorable C&P examination.

Are you a law firm or a VA-accredited representative?

No. We are a private medical practice providing independent medical opinions. We do not represent veterans before the VA. Many of our clients work with an accredited VSO, agent, or attorney at the same time, and we work alongside them.

Is my medical information secure?

Yes. Records are uploaded to and stored in an encrypted, HIPAA-compliant portal, and access is limited to the clinicians reviewing your case.

Do I need an in-person appointment?

Not for a records review or a nexus opinion. Mental health evaluations are conducted by telehealth with a licensed clinician.
